Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. N. 196/2003 - "Code regarding the protection of personal data" (hereinafter the "Code"), the owner of the website is required to provide information about the use of your personal data.
The services on this Site are offered for free and Mirakla reserves the right to suspend and / or interrupt them at any time, without notice.

The collection of personal data is made by recording the data provided by you or automatically collected when a web forms is submitted (insertion of prayer request, offer of prayer, subscription to Amiko mailing list, comments in the feed-back section).

The personal data are processed for the following purposes:
1. Publish your posts or comments in the above mentioned sections of the Site;
2. Send by e-mail to users Amiko the notification of new prayer requests;
3. Send by e-mail to users who voluntarily give their e-mail address a report on the results obtained through the Site with reference to the number of received prayers and their geographical distribution;
4. Activities of statistical and monitoring of the Site;
5. Cooperate with the judicial authorities for purposes related to the prevention and suppression of crime.
4. How personal data are collected
In relation to the purposes described above, the processing of personal data is carried out through manual and automatic instruments in order to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data. Satisfied the purposes described above, the data will be erased or made anonymous.
5. Optionality supply of data
The provision of data relating to your e-mail address is optional, but if not given, it will not be possible to subscribe to the Amiko mailing list and receive by e-mail the relevant service; the services provided by other sections of the Site will also be available in anonymous, provided that, at the time of the submission of the forms, data such as session cookies, user's IP address, geographical origin (in term of country of origin) will be automatically registered, only to purposes indicated at point 3 of this statement.
In the absence of provision of these data, it will not possible to effect activities of statistics and monitoring of the Site and surveys regarding the satisfaction of users in order to improve the services of the Site.

d. the identification details of the data controller, data processors and designated representative in accordance with article 5, paragraph 2;

2. The data subject shall be entitled to obtain:
a. the updating or correction of his/her data, or the addition thereto should it be in his/her interest;

c. a declaration that the operations defined in a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including in relation to their content, of those parties to which the data were communicated or disclosed, unless fulfilment of this condition proves impossible or requires the use of resources manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.
3. The data subject shall be entitled to object, either partially or as a whole:
a. for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data relating to him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose for which they were collected;
b. to the processing of personal data relating to him/her for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material or commercial communications or conducting market research
